-
Based on the initial review, the editor decides whether the manuscript should be sent for double-blind peer review.

If Yes:
- The manuscript is sent for peer review.
-
If No:
- The authors are notified of the decision along with the reasons, such as high similarity rate, lack of originality, or insufficient contribution to the field.
-
-
Reviewer Invitation

Reviewer invitations are sent to at least two experts through the Journal Management System. Reviewers have a maximum of 14 days to accept the invitation.

-
If Revisions are Required:
- The manuscript is returned to the authors for revision, with a maximum of 30 days allocated for authors to make the necessary changes.
-
If the Manuscript is Rejected:
- The manuscript is rejected, and the authors are informed of the decision and the reasons behind it.
-
If Accepted for Publication:
- The manuscript is accepted, and the process moves to the production stage.
-
-
Second Round of Review (if needed)
- If substantial revisions are required, the manuscript may undergo a second round of review, following the same process as the first round.
-
Production and Early View Publication
- Once accepted, the manuscript is copyedited and formatted for publication. An author proof file is produced, and the manuscript is prepared for early view publication. This process also has a defined timeline to ensure timely publication.
